Actually, it's Camp Tonkawa. I set up a field trip with our co-op group and we chose a beautiful, albeit windy, day to spend outdoors learning about birds and exploring the woods. I was impressed by the activities, and the kids seemed to enjoy them. The call of the wilderness was a little too tempting at times, especially for Mia, but she stayed with us most of the time. At the end of the day, I let her go wild with her friend, because the whole place was private property enclosed by fences. As you can imagine, this made her day!
